Robert Gundic

Owner/Office Manager
Robert has 13 years of management experience, which was gained during his pursuit of higher education at Cleveland State University. Robert has a Master's of Education and is currently working on a Master's of Business Administration. He has a passion for business operations and helping people, which makes a home care agency the perfect pursuit!  

Dragana Gundic

Owner/Nurse Manager
Dragana has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. She is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Nurse Practioner at the University of Cincinnati. Dragana comes to Caring Companions with over 12 years of experience in the nursing field with time spent as a STNA and Registered Nurse in Residential Care, Hospital Care and Home Health.

Cassandra Gundic

Nurse Supervisor
After becoming certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Cassandra quickly went to work in a residential care facility. It was there that she developed a love for working with older adults and honed her skills as a nurse. Cassandra is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with the long term goal of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN). In the meantime, Cassandra works a nurse supervisor for Caring Companions where she is responsible for the oversight of all PCAs in Ashtabula and Lake County.

Ivana Puda

Office Assistant
Ivana attended college while completing high school and as a result, she graduated from Mentor High School and Lakeland Community College, simultaneously. Ivana currently has an Associate's of Arts degree and is completing coursework to earn a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Ivana brings with her a friendly, outgoing personality that is ready to assist you with your home care needs!

Amber Luce

Care Coordinator (in training)
After spending time with Caring Companions as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Amber's friendly, client-first attitude was quickly recognized. Amber was invited to work as a part-time office assistant, a position in which she excelled. She was then offered the opportunity to pursue the Care Coordinator position which allows her to utilize her past experience in customer service, supervision and time as a caregiver. As a Care Coordinator, Amber is a liaison between clients, their care managers and their caregivers.
